About Omneya Ramadan

Omneya is Senior Economic Consultant at DCODE EFC. She also provides technical assistance to Ministries of Finance in the Middle East through the IMF Middle East Technical Assistance Center. She worked in Egypt's Ministry of Finance for nine years in different capacities, including deputy head of the Macro Fiscal Policy Unit. Prior to this, she was a researcher at the Economic Research Forum. Omneya holds a BSc. in Economics from Cairo University and MA in Economics from the American University in Cairo.
