Egyptian companies take on Libya’s reconstruction


Libya’s reconstruction plan is estimated to reach $100 billion, covering vital infrastructure projects including building roads, bridges, electricity and energy facilities, among many others. Due to their proximity and considerable expertise, major Egyptian companies, including Orascom Construction PLC and Hassan Allam Properties, are eyeing a piece of the pie. More on that below
