Family businesses are the backbone of world economies, and they often deal with many layers of challenges in addition to the usual challenges. For example, they rarely continue past the third generation, so what do they need to last longer? The International Case Competition (ICC) at the AUC School of Business focused this year on family businesses. Pharco Pharmaceuticals was the case study presented to participating students.
